Our Problem Solving Program

We work with Client employees assembled on teams of 4 to 6 people.  We help them solve a problem using one of our facilitators to guide them to a high ROI (over 100 to 1) solution under the aegis of No Blame (Change without Reprisal).  This in turn allows Strategy to Align with Process (Strategy – your value proposition; Problems – how value isn’t delivered.)  We do so using a video tele-conferencing platform to allow globally remote team members to participate in the process.

Executive Level Training

All Executives need to know how to solve problems.  We put an Executive Team thru an accelerated Problem Solving program in which they will see the value of how we approach and solve problems with Clients.  When we finish this program they will be believers.  Wouldn’t it be great if your Executive Team and all your managers thought about problems in terms of high ROI Solutions and aligning Strategy with Process?
