We have been delivering High ROI Solutions to clients for over 35 years.  We started in a classroom format with employee ideas protected by No Blame (Change without reprisal).  Protected with the same No Blame mantra, we have evolved to a video-teleconferencing platform that has extended our reach and results.

Thorough

When a facilitator takes on the responsibility of helping a team of 4 to 6 client employees to solve a problem they have to be thorough in their analysis with the team.  They cannot allow less than the best effort from all involved.  Data must be verified, customers contacted (if needed), managers must buy in and most of all, all team members must participate in the effort.  And that is a task.

One of our mantras is that we want our companies to report honest data.  This means that all data reported within the company must be accurate but also true (honest).  This is a key factor in how we are able to help all of our companies: They must report honest data.  To illustrate we use a Mel Brooks skit playing Moses delivering 15 slips and drops a tablet, so we get 10 commandments. Works well.

For 30 years, we did classroom training of our Problem Solving Program and in a sample of 23 companies we ended up with a 38 to 1  (3800%) ROI.  When we converted to our video teleconferencing program (4 to 6 Team members) we got 104 to 1 (10,400%) ROI.  It just works.

Len has been delivering his Problem Solving Program for over 35 years.  He recently converted his classroom program to the Internet as a video teleconferencing tool that engages 4 to 6 client employees in a problem solving experience.  Using one of his professional facilitators to guide the team to both a solution and its implementation, the teams have recently delivered consistently high ROI (over 100 to 1) to his clients.  Len began his professional career as a Physicist and Engineer working in the physics,  bioengineering and semiconductor arenas.  He later moved into sales and project management of high tech applications for Fortune 500 Companies.  He has written 6 books on his work in problem solving.
